He sets up a bunch of firecrackers then holds them out to the sleeping form of England. He smirked. This would definitely wake him up for starters. "Wake up..i am boored..." He watched a little bit longer until the firecrackers made loud explosions and he continued watching pretty much unfazed.

Arthur WAS dozing of soundly with his head leaned against his desk. After hearing a voice and a loud hissing noise, it was enough to draw him out of from a short-lived nap. He groaned and started to groggily sit up in his chair,
“Hmmm...? Huh...? What? WHAT?! OH!” Arthur jumped out of his seat and rushed away from his desk, “What the devil are you doing?!” He shouted over the loud noises the fireworks were making, “Are you mad?!?! Get those out of here!!”
